For each $1 you invest, you get 4 class B non-voting shares (40,000,000 total). Class B shares will provide a portion of net revenues from licensing & services, and business equity, but you do not get any ownership of any patent rights.

After project is ready to deploy, you can optionally exchange 4 class B shares for 1 class A voting share (total 40,000,000 class A shares).

Class A voting shares give a larger share of net revenues than Class B shares. Class A shares gives ownership of business net equity based on market value. Class A voting shares do not give any ownership of patent rights.
